Insurance Accepted

Life Coast Community Health Center accepts most private insurance plans including Medicare and Medicaid. We also accept cash, check and credit cards.

Life Coast Community Health Center participates with a variety of insurance plans. To confirm we have the most current information, we ask for your insurance card and a photo ID at each visit.​

In the event you are not insured or having difficulties paying your bill, we can help! Please alert a Patient Service Representative and they will direct you to a member of our Care Management or Accounting staff for additional assistance. Our dedicated staff may be able to assist you with applying for insurance, our sliding fee discount program or arranging a payment plan.
