Life Coast Community Health Center follows applicable federal civil rights laws and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability or sex. We do not exclude people or treat them differently for these reasons.
Help for people with disabilities
We provide free aids and services to help you communicate with us, such as qualified sign language interpreters and written information in other formats. Please ask our staff when you call so we can arrange help before your visit.
Help in your language
If your primary language is not English, we provide free language assistance, including interpretation during your visit and help understanding written information. There is no charge to you. Call the clinic and tell our staff which language you prefer.

If you believe you were treated unfairly
If you believe we failed to provide these services or discriminated against you, you can file a grievance with us by calling the clinic and asking to speak with a manager about a civil rights concern. We will help you put your concern in writing if you would like.
